We are currently closed for the off-season. We look forward to serving you when we reopen again in March 2025 for Spring Break and the upcoming Summer Season. You can still make online reservations for Spring and Summer during this time, however, our office and phone line is closed. Please email us at bbcartrental@gmail.com should you have any rental questions. See you again soon!

Your booking contains additional documents that are required to complete your reservation. You can access these documents by clicking the blue button on your booking receipt that says View Required Documents to sign your Rental Agreement and fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form. 

In addition to the above mentioned documents, we must also receive copies of a valid drivers license and insurance for all drivers listed on the Rental Agreement. These can be sent via text to 850-963-7154 or you can email them to bbcartrental@gmail.com

All drivers must be 25+ and have full coverage insurance.

The completion of these documents and reciept of DL and insurance is required before we can deliver your cart.

Cart pick-ups begin at 8 AM on the last day of your rental agreement. Our reservation system is similar to a hotel per night reservation system. For example, if you book a cart Saturday - Thursday, your cart will be picked up on Thursday morning at 8am. If in this example case, you check out from your rental property on Friday and want to use the cart all day on Thursday, you will want to book your reservation as Saturday - Friday.

**Please note that although we take reservations online 24hrs/day, our booking day for deliveries ends at 4pm. If you are booking after 4pm your cart will not be available for delivery until the next day**
